Frank, I have been meaning to send you a card and just haven't gotten to it- I wanted to tell you how much I have appreciated all your time and effort with me in helping me do everything I had to do to buy my house. We will move in next week. I had some work done, the floor refinished and had my stuff moved in from the storage unit. I have been cleaning, unpacking and now moving stuff from my parents home. It has been a job! The yard was VERY overgrown so I (& my Dad) have done a lot of trimming... Anyhow, it is shaping up and I really want to say thank you to you. I hope things are going well.
